Wheelchair access

We warmly welcome wheelchair patrons but, as spaces are limited, please check availability when booking. There’s a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the foyer, and a wheelchair ramp outside the main door. The Studio is also wheelchair accessible. A number of reserved parking bays can be found less than 20 metres away from our front door.

Hard of hearing

A Sennheiser hearing assistance system operates in both the Main Stage and the Studio: please ask a member of the front of house staff or at the Box Office for a headset.

Assistance dogs

You are welcome to bring your assistance dog into either the Main Theatre or the Studio. Please contact us in advance and request a seat at the end of the row in the Main Theatre or ask our Box Office staff to reserve a seat for you in the Studio.

Audio description

Some of the Company of Ten productions on our Main Stage are supported by audio description (AD), making them accessible to people with sight loss. When provided, the AD performance is on the second Thursday of the production’s run and is indicated by the  symbol next to the performance time on the production page.

If you would like to take advantage of our AD provision, please book your ticket via our Box Office at least two weeks in advance so we can prepare the service and reserve a headset for you.

A CD, which can be posted to you in advance, describes the set, characters and costumes of the show you’ve booked to see.
