Synopsis

Claire Nia Richards has thirty years of experience as a set decorator and designer in the film industry. She is currently in early prep for Season 3 of House of the Dragon, which is a prequel to Game of Thrones. Claire has had several exhibitions of her work and will be bringing images to share, as well as details of the design process from start to finish. We will discuss the differences between designing for stage and for screen. There will also be a practical session so you will need to bring your laptop or tablet to work on, pens/pencils, scissors and a glue stick.

Please bring a packed lunch. Coffee and tea will be provided.
