Synopsis

Out of the Blue is Oxford’s internationally acclaimed a cappella group, and the top a cappella group in the UK by number of championships.

Comprising students from Oxford University and Oxford Brookes University, Out of the Blue has performed in the West End and on Broadway, and reached the semi finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2011. Regular Edinburgh Fringe visitors will almost certainly have seen or heard them, and they can also claim over 17 million views on YouTube. The group has toured around the world including Switzerland, Canada, India, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Talented local musician and ex-Company of Teens member, Henry Nurse is their newly-appointed Musical Director, and is delighted to be bringing the group to his home city for one performance only.

This 40 minute programme is the perfect treat after Christmas shopping, and we’ll be serving mulled wine and mince pies to complete the festive experience.
