Jeeves & Wooster in ‘Perfect Nonsense’

9 June 2023–17 June 2023

Company of Ten

Main Stage

Synopsis

Based on the wonderfully eccentric stories of P. G. Wodehouse, this delightful comedy features three actors playing multiple parts. Bertie Wooster begins to tell a simple story in his inimitable style, but soon calls, as always, for his trusty manservant, Jeeves, who steps in to bring sense from confusion. Assisted by Seppings, the butler to Bertie’s Aunt Dahlia, the three men bring to life some of Wodehouse’s best-loved characters.

The Evening Standard says: ‘This frivolous farce hits the mark with gusto,’ and the Metro describes it as ‘furiously fast and funny… clever and inventive.’

Please note there is a strobe lighting effect during the performance.
