Synopsis

Selling houses can be a difficult business, as estate agent Clair knows only too well. So when she introduces cash buyer James to anxious new vendors, Mike and Liz, it all seems too good to be true. But tensions rise as the enigmatic James pries deeper into Clair’s personal life with devastating results.

Paralleling the tragic disappearance of Suzy Lamplugh, Martin Crimp’s thriller is as eerily relevant today as it was thirty years ago.
