Critic praises ‘powerful and compelling’ ‘Bull’

Bull, the play by Mike Bartlett, is on in the Studio now. Writing in the Herts Advertiser critic Madeleine Burton called our production ‘powerful and compelling’.

The action is unrelenting and at times vicious as the play explores fear, power and control in the ‘bullring’ of office politics.

Bartlett’s play won an Olivier Award in 2015. The Guardian said, ‘You cannot avoid being drawn into the contest and becoming complicit – even guiltily enjoying the spectacle of the kill.’

The play runs until January 28th. It lasts for about one hour with no interval and contains strong language and adult themes.
