Time to get into ‘Shape’

Neil LaBute’s play The Shape of Things can be seen in the Studio this week.

‘The play is a detailed study of the human condition, with great subtext and nuanced character studies,’ says director Philip Reardon.

‘There are moments of genuine humour coupled with achingly painful choices for the characters to make, highlighting the minefield of everyday interpersonal relationships and living. The play has a seemingly simple structure which can initially hide the complexity and range of issues it raises.’
