The Shawl comes back to life for Camden Fringe

The Company of Ten’s highly-regarded production of David Mamet’s The Shawl will form part of the Camden Fringe festival this year.

The dramatic three-hander is showing at Upstairs at the Gatehouse in Highgate Village on Tuesday 11 August (7.30pm), Wednesday 12 August (9.15pm), Thursday 13 August (7.30pm) and Friday 14 August (9.15pm).

The play, about two confidence tricksters whose techniques seem hollow until one demonstrates a flash of psychic insight, was described as ‘mesmerising’ and ‘magnificent’ on its first outing.

Tickets cost £12 (£10 concessions) and are available via the Upstairs at the Gatehouse Box Office on 020 8340 3488 or via the Fringe website here.
