Rope attracts plaudits from local media

Our edge-of-the-seat thriller Rope must end this weekend.

And if you’re a fan of a tense, well-crafted play, you won’t want to miss it. As Madeleine Burton reports of the play in the Herts Ad: ‘It is all credit to the Company of Ten and its cast of largely young performers that they rise to the challenge so successfully.’

Written in 1929, Rope was called ‘cruel and brilliant’ by The Telegraph. For Time magazine, it was an ‘intelligent and hideously exciting melodrama’.
