‘Nasty piece of work’ wanted
In November the Company of Ten presents Jez Butterworth’s Jerusalem, described by The Guardian as ‘one of the best dramas of the twenty-first century’.
The one role currently uncast is that of Troy Whitworth, and we would love to hear from any male actors with a playing age between 30 and 50.
As director Jenny Kilcast says: ‘It’s not a large role, but it is a significant and challenging one. Troy is the primary antagonist and a thoroughly nasty piece of work. It requires an actor able to intimidate and threaten, who can project a real air of menace.’
Interested actors should contact Jenny on firstname.lastname@example.org.
