Flawless cast and exceptional set make ‘Angels’ fly

The Herts Advertiser has praised our opening production of the season, Entertaining Angels by Richard Everett.

Writing in the paper, Madeleine Burton said the cast was ‘flawless’ and ‘first-rate’. She rightly congratulated the team for a superb set that included a house, a garden, a greenhouse and even a stream.

‘The Company of Ten is good at sets,’ Ms Burton wrote, ‘but this one is exceptional.’

The play, a gentle comedy that first found fame at Chichester with Penelope Keith in the lead role, ended on Saturday, 26 September.
