The Company of Ten’s next Main Stage production, Jez Butterworth’s Jerusalem, opens soon and will be a popular choice for admirers of contemporary drama.

Johnny ‘Rooster’ Byron, local waster and modern day Pied Piper, is a wanted man. Council officials want to serve him an eviction notice, a thug wants to give him a serious kicking and his mates want to get their hands on his drugs stash. So begins Johnny’s stand against the hypocrisy of modern life – which proves to be funny and shocking in equal turns.
