When you arrive

Our main foyer is where you’ll find the bar, coffee bar and toilets (including one with wheelchair access). The box office, right by the main door, opens half an hour before each performance for you to collect your tickets.


The licensed bar opens half an hour before curtain up, during the interval and after the performance. You can order interval drinks in advance at the bar. During the interval, tea, coffee and biscuits are sold from the coffee bar to the right of the main bar. A range of delicious ice creams is sold in the foyer.


If you’d like a space in one of our theatres reserved for a wheelchair user, please contact us in advance. (It’s not a problem – we just need to rearrange the seats a little.) There’s a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the foyer, and a wheelchair ramp outside the main door. A number of disabled parking bays can be found less than fifty feet away from our front door.

A Sennheiser hearing assistance system operates in both the Main Stage and the Studio: please ask a member of the front of house staff or at the box office for a headset.

There will be one audio described (AD) performance for most Company of Ten Main Stage productions. (Dates can be found on the ‘Production Dates’ section of individual productions’ web pages.) If you would like to take advantage of our AD provision, please book your ticket via our Box Office so we can reserve a headset for you and a CD. The CD, which can be posted to you in advance, describes the set, characters and costumes of the show you’ve booked to see.


Parking in the car parks near the theatre is free after 6.30pm, and you don’t need a ticket. During the day you will need a ticket – although parking is free for the first two hours.
